Detr\u00e1s, la directora del centro, intentando dar explicaciones mientras repasa mentalmente si todo est\u00e1 en orden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"605\">El problema no es la inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"664\">El problema es llegar a ella sin haber hecho los deberes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"890\">Y en paralelo, en muchos centros, ocurre algo parecido con la gesti\u00f3n laboral: decisiones precipitadas, expedientes mal construidos y despidos disciplinarios que, lejos de solucionar un problema, acaban generando otro mayor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"990\">Con costes econ\u00f3micos directos y, lo que es peor, con p\u00e9rdida de control en la gesti\u00f3n del centro.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"19x115h\" data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1051\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"19x115h\" data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1051\">Inspecciones: el error no est\u00e1 en el d\u00eda que llegan<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1161\">Uno de los errores m\u00e1s habituales en el sector es pensar que la inspecci\u00f3n se \u201cgestiona\u201d el d\u00eda que aparece.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1173\">No es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1249\">La inspecci\u00f3n se prepara semanas, meses e incluso a\u00f1os antes, a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1446\">\u2013 C\u00f3mo est\u00e1 organizada la residencia<br data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1290\" \/>\u2013 Qu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n existe (y cu\u00e1l no)<br data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1331\" \/>\u2013 C\u00f3mo se est\u00e1n aplicando los protocolos<br data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1374\" \/>\u2013 Qu\u00e9 coherencia hay entre lo que se hace y lo que se dice que se hace<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1515\">Cuando esto falla, la inspecci\u00f3n simplemente lo pone de manifiesto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1658\">Y aqu\u00ed es donde empiezan los problemas: requerimientos, actas, posibles sanciones y la sensaci\u00f3n de haber perdido el control de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1658\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1adndy1\" data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1722\">Despidos disciplinarios: el gran foco de riesgo oculto<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1833\">En paralelo, hay otra realidad que pocas veces se aborda con la seriedad necesaria: el despido disciplinario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1960\">Especialmente en residencias, donde los conflictos laborales son habituales, se toman decisiones r\u00e1pidas sin una base s\u00f3lida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1994\">El resultado suele ser el mismo:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2141\">\u2013 Despidos declarados improcedentes<br data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2034\" \/>\u2013 En los casos m\u00e1s graves, nulidades<br data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2073\" \/>\u2013 Costes econ\u00f3micos innecesarios<br data-start=\"2105\" data-end=\"2108\" \/>\u2013 Reincorporaciones no deseadas<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2223\">Y la situaci\u00f3n se complica todav\u00eda m\u00e1s cuando el trabajador est\u00e1 de baja m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2257\">Aqu\u00ed no hay margen para errores.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2358\">O se hace bien desde el inicio o las probabilidades de que el despido no se sostenga son muy altas.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"spikl8\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2434\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"spikl8\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2434\">La realidad: no es un problema jur\u00eddico, es un problema de gesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2612\">Tanto en inspecciones como en despidos disciplinarios, el error de fondo es el mismo: falta de estructura, falta de criterio y, en muchos casos, una falsa sensaci\u00f3n de control.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2645\">No se trata de reaccionar bien.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2695\">Se trata de estar preparado antes de que ocurra.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2835\">Porque cuando la inspecci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 dentro del centro o cuando el conflicto laboral ya ha estallado, el margen de maniobra es mucho menor.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"f7e6um\" data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2920\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"f7e6um\" data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2920\">Una sesi\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica para abordar lo que realmente est\u00e1 pasando en el sector<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"3124\">Precisamente por esto, el pr\u00f3ximo <strong data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"2978\">21 de mayo de 2026<\/strong> organizamos una sesi\u00f3n formativa dirigida exclusivamente a residencias geri\u00e1tricas, donde se abordar\u00e1n de forma directa estas dos \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3484\">\u2013 C\u00f3mo afrontar una inspecci\u00f3n de Servicios Sociales con seguridad y criterio<br data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3206\" \/>\u2013 Qu\u00e9 errores est\u00e1n generando sanciones en los centros<br data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3263\" \/>\u2013 C\u00f3mo estructurar correctamente la documentaci\u00f3n y los protocolos<br data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3332\" \/>\u2013 Cu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo ejecutar un despido disciplinario con garant\u00edas<br data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3398\" \/>\u2013 Qu\u00e9 hacer en los casos m\u00e1s complejos, incluyendo trabajadores en situaci\u00f3n de baja<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3486\" data-end=\"3608\">Todo ello desde un enfoque completamente pr\u00e1ctico, basado en situaciones reales que se est\u00e1n produciendo hoy en el sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3610\" data-end=\"3633\">Sin teor\u00eda innecesaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3635\" data-end=\"3664\">Sin planteamientos gen\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3666\" data-end=\"3697\">Solo lo que realmente funciona.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ssrhjm\" data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3738\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ssrhjm\" data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3738\">Plazas limitadas y enfoque real<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3740\" data-end=\"3887\">La sesi\u00f3n es gratuita, pero se ha limitado a <strong data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3802\">50 asistentes<\/strong> para poder mantener un formato \u00fatil, cercano y que permita resolver dudas concretas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3889\" data-end=\"4038\">El lugar exacto de la formaci\u00f3n se comunicar\u00e1 aproximadamente en un plazo de 20 d\u00edas, en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero final de inscritos y del aforo necesario.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ivso07\" data-start=\"4045\" data-end=\"4067\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ivso07\" data-start=\"4045\" data-end=\"4067\">C\u00f3mo reservar plaza<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4069\" data-end=\"4129\">La inscripci\u00f3n se realiza a trav\u00e9s del siguiente formulario:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4131\" data-end=\"4169\"><a
